Anambra state chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance Party (APGA), Sir Ifeatu Obi Okoye, has called on members of the “Solution Witnesses” to go and preach the good works of Mr Governor, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo’s administration.

The APGA boss made the call during the group’s courtesy visit at the party secretariat on Thursday, 29th May.

Speaking during the visit, the Convener, Hon. Valentine Ikenna Ezeuchegbu, said that the visit was to familiarise with the state chairman, and to inform him of the group’s activities, which, according to him, have been ongoing for some time now.

He noted that Solution Witnesses is also in harmonisation with other support groups as well as APGA as a party.

He maintained that Solution Witnesses’ mission and vision is to deliver the governor because, he has done well in infrastructural development.

“We are involved in a door-to-door campaign with the good gospel of our working governor’s giant strides in education, health, road infrastructure, employment and empowerment.

“We cannot afford to unseat such governor; we want to educate the people about his achievements and equally urge Ndi Anambra to vote for him come November 8, to make Anambra greater.

In his remark, chairman of APGA in Anambra, Sir Ifeatu Obiokoye, appreciated Solution Witnesses for the visit.

According to him, “Governor Soludo has performed creditably well, and I can vouch that the election is going to be free and fair. But one thing is that we must watch and monitor our votes at the polling units; at the ward level, to the collation centres and then, to Awka – until APGA is anounced winner.

“I encourage you all to continue to stand firm; putting all necessary structures on the ground, especially at the polling units. Good enough, the antecedents of Governor Obiano stand out, and it is upon it that Governor Soludo stands in doing wonders.

“APGA will win twenty-one over twenty-one, once proper voting and counting are done. We realise you cannot rig people out, who do not want to be rigged out, and that is where we stand to educate Ndi Anambra. We want to win the election with ideology.

“I encourage you all to keep preaching the good gospel of Mr Governor. His Excellency, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, is a man of standard. I encourage you to go out there and set the standard. APGA will continue to support you, and work with you to achieve your goals.”

Also speaking, deputy national leader, Hon. Ebere Ngini, maintained that “we are on the ground, and we are working tirelessly and effortlessly to deliver on our mandate. You can’t rig out people, who don’t want to be rigged out.”

He, however, assured that by the time all groups are examined, the Solution Witnesses will come first.

In her remark, APGA state woman leader, Mrs Esther Onyekesi, described Hon. Valentine (Son of God) as a political grassroots warrior, as his antecedents speak for him.

She, however, admonished members to stand strong and protect the ballot papers during the election.
