Social media influencer, Dr. Ella Ezeadilieje, popularly known as Veronica’s Daughter, has urged Anambra residents and business owners to move beyond consuming social media content and begin creating content to promote their products and services.

Ezeadilieje gave the advice in Awka at the Business, Balance and Beyond (B³) Summit, a free empowerment programme for entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals.

She said many businesses in the Southeast were yet to fully harness the opportunities provided by social media, stressing that digital visibility could help local businesses reach wider markets and increase productivity.

“I call myself accidental influencer because social media changed my life. I was sharing my experience without knowing that it was the beginning of something bigger than myself,” she said.

The convener also urged residents to pursue a balanced approach to wealth creation, noting that wealth goes beyond money to include good health, meaningful relationships, purpose, skills and access to opportunities.

According to her, the summit was designed to provide participants with practical knowledge on business growth, financial management, healthy living and effective use of digital platforms.
Speaking on health, Dr. Kelechi Okoro advised participants to eat healthy meals, exercise regularly and undergo routine medical checks.
A panel session featuring Chief Joseph Ezeadilieje, Professor Olusegun Sogbesan of Onitsha Business School and Mr. Kelvin Onovo of Finished Men Association also examined the importance of building sustainable relationships and businesses.
The summit featured free medical services, including eye examinations, HIV screening and breast cancer screening. It attracted dignitaries including the Managing Director of Anambra Broadcasting Service, Mr. Chris Molokwu, Ms. Nkiruka Okonkwo of Union Bank and Engr. Ndubisi Chidomere of PAMTECH Group, among others.
