Residents of Trademore Estate, Umuahia, who are registered voters in Uzuakoli Ward, have declared their support for the Labour Party candidate for Bende Federal Constituency, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The residents made their position known during an engagement with members of the OFUJI campaign team, where they pledged to mobilise their votes in Uzuakoli Ward for the Labour Party candidate.
Speaking on behalf of the group, Mr. Emmanuel John, who led the delegation, said Trademore residents registered in the ward had reached a collective decision to support Anyaso in the election.
John said the residents would mobilise themselves and work to ensure that their votes were not only cast but effectively protected in favour of the candidate.
He added that the group was prepared to participate actively in the electoral process and support the grassroots campaign for Anyaso across Uzuakoli Ward.
The engagement formed part of the ongoing grassroots mobilisation and voter outreach by the OFUJI movement as it continues its campaign across Bende Federal Constituency ahead of the 2027 elections.
