The Concerned Creative Artists and Entertainers Initiative for Tinubu (CCAA4 Tinubu), an affiliate of the Tinubu Again Movement (TAM), has urged creative industry stakeholders in Anambra State to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election while demanding improved funding, welfare and protection of professional rights.

Convener of the initiative, Dr Ejezie Emeka Rollas, made the call during the state chapter’s Nationwide Creative Sensitisation and Mobilisation Programme.

Rollas highlighted the establishment of the Federal Ministry of Art, Culture and the Creative Economy and the renovation of the National Theatre, now known as the Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and the Creative Arts, as significant developments under Tinubu’s administration.

However, he explained that government policies and appointments must translate into tangible benefits for practitioners through accessible funding, skills development, intellectual property protection and improved working conditions.

He urged Anambra State to take advantage of federal creative economy programmes, develop creative hubs and create more opportunities for young talents.

Anambra State Coordinator of CCAA4 Tinubu, Princess Bibiana Nnankwo, thanked participants and called on local government and ward coordinators to intensify grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 elections.

She reaffirmed the initiative’s commitment to promoting the interests of artists, entertainers and other creative professionals while mobilising support for Tinubu’s re-election.

The programme forms part of the group’s nationwide efforts to promote the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda and advocate policies that strengthen Nigeria’s creative economy.
