South African club puts €2m price tag on Nwabali

Any club interested in signing Super Eagles No 1 choice at the 2023 AFCON, Stanley Nwabali, will have to cough out as much as €2 million.

He further justified the high price tag. “There is a serious shortage of goalkeepers who have the qualities of Nwabali – he is physically imposing, confident, distributes the ball very well and at 27 he is at the peak of his powers as a goalkeeper,” he explained.

His South African PSL club has even before the AFCON made it very clear that they are a selling club and they will be open to let him move on, but at a huge profit.
