An aspirant for the Anambra State House of Assembly, Njikoka II Constituency, Nnaemeka Oraka, has warned against granting second term tickets to underperforming lawmakers, insisting that leadership without visible impact only stalls development.

Oraka made the remark in Abagana during a meeting with party faithful as part of his ongoing grassroots consultations ahead of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) primaries.

According to him, continuity should be based on performance and accountability, not political sentiment or loyalty.

He urged party members to reject failure at the polls and support leaders who are accessible, responsive and genuinely committed to the welfare of the people.

The APGA aspirant further appealed for support from delegates and stakeholders in the forthcoming primaries, assuring them that his emergence would usher in purposeful representation, effective legislation and people-oriented leadership for Abagana and the entire Njikoka II constituency.
