Chijioke confirmed substantive NOA Director in Anambra, warns against ‘scattered loyalty’

The Director-General of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Mallam Isa Lanre Onuli, has approved the appointment of Barr. Ifeoma Chijioke as the substantive Director of the agency in Anambra State following her promotion to Grade Level 17.


Speaking after receiving her promotion letter in Awka, Chijioke pledged to reposition the agency and address long-standing challenges. She called on staff to prioritize duty and embrace teamwork for improved performance.


The new director cautioned against what she described as “scattered loyalty,” urging workers to remain united and committed to the agency’s goals.


She also assured staff of fair but firm leadership, noting that discipline would be applied where necessary for corrective purposes.


Chijioke commended the NOA leadership for improving staff welfare and creating opportunities for career advancement. She further pledged to collaborate with the administration of Governor Chukwuma Soludo to enhance the agency’s impact in the state.


In his remarks, Ordinand ThankGod Obidiegwu of St. Paul’s Anglican Seminary, Awka, advised the director to lead with humility and avoid intimidation, praying for wisdom in her new role.
