Discipline, consistency, focus key to success – UDUF Africa

UDUF Africa has urged entrepreneurs and professionals at the Onitsha Business School to embrace discipline, consistency and focus as essential tools for achieving all-round success.


The April Business Meeting and Mentorship Session attracted participants seeking practical insights for personal and business growth.


Speaking at the event, President/CEO of Orange Express Ltd, Chief Okwudilichukwu Moedu, emphasized the importance of mindset, noting that real growth often happens outside one’s comfort zone.

In his presentation, “From Hustle to Success,” he highlighted internal preparation, mentorship, collaboration and strategic partnerships as critical drivers of success.


Moedu also advised entrepreneurs to invest wisely, avoid leaving funds idle, and leverage technology to stay competitive.
During a book review of “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill, facilitator Precious Ani outlined key success principles such as desire, faith, persistence and sound decision-making.
Founder of UDUF Africa, Ezuma Chinedu, encouraged participants to remain intentional about their goals, describing the organization’s meetings as platforms for mentorship, leadership and networking.
The event featured interactive sessions and networking activities aimed at fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
