The General Spiritual Superintendent of Intercessory Mercy of God Church (IMGC), Awka, Augustine Onyekachi Obi, has urged Christians to remain steadfast and spiritually prepared to overcome life’s challenges.
Speaking during a Sunday service at the church headquarters in Aguoye, Awka, Prophet Obi emphasized that life is a continuous spiritual battle, calling on believers to “fight the good fight of faith” as referenced in 1 Timothy 6:12 and Psalm 24. He encouraged worshippers to remain prayerful, alert, and committed to God in order to achieve success and resist negative forces.
According to him, spiritual growth requires discipline, holiness, and reliance on divine guidance.
He also explained the importance of seeking God’s direction in all endeavors and maintaining a clean heart.
The cleric concluded with prayers for breakthrough and success, expressing confidence that faithful believers would experience testimonies and divine upliftment.
