Anambra CP reassures improved security, as monarch donates police station to community

The Commissioner of Police in Anambra State, Aderemi Adeoye has restated the commitment of the Police Command in providing security across various communities in the state.

He disclosed this in Amanuke, Awka North Local Government Area of the state during the commissioning of a Police Station built by the traditional ruler, Igwe Dennis Ezebuilo Ogbodudu II.

He emphasized that the Police would continue to do their best in keeping serenity in Amanuke and the state at large.

He commended the monarch for his efforts and selfless service to safeguarding the lives and property of the people of Amanuke.

“Igwe Dennis Ezebuilo, has been a man of few words but determined in making Amanuke a decent community by various projects he has attracted and kept attracting to the community,” he added.

Earlier, the Royal Father gave an assurance that the presence of the police station in the area would bring a breath of fresh air for people, as well as end all forms of unrest which had befallen the community over the years.

“My utmost intention is for the peace and prosperity of the people of Amanuke to move further to reality.

“This particular feat will not only be a breath of fresh air for people of Amanuke, but will end unrest which had befallen the community for some years now,” he noted.
