The People’s President General of Nkwelle-Ezunaka in Oyi Local Government Area, Anambra State, Ogbuefi Sir Vitalis Nwakobi (Ozo Ugosinachineke), has added another feather to his cap as he was conferred with a Special Recognition Award at the 7th Eastern Nigeria Merit Awards organized by the Nigeria Festival of Awards Magazine.
