Two U.S. military aircraft have gone down during ongoing hostilities with Iran, with two crew members successfully rescued and search efforts continuing for a third.

According to U.S. officials, one crew member from a downed F-15E Strike Eagle has been rescued, while the status of the second remains unclear. Rescue operations are ongoing.

Reports from major outlets indicate the aircraft may have been shot down.
In a separate incident, an A-10 Thunderbolt II crashed, but its pilot was safely recovered.

U.S. President Donald Trump has been briefed on the situation and is receiving continuous updates. He declined to comment on the possibility of the missing crew member being captured.

The conflict, which began on February 28 following joint U.S.-Israel strikes, has resulted in significant casualties on both sides. U.S. officials report over 13,000 combat flights and thousands of targets hit so far, while intelligence suggests Iran still retains some missile and drone capabilities.
