An Apostle of the Gospel and political activist, Dr Chidiebere Nonso Uba, has declared that the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, is destined to secure 30 million votes in the 2027 general election and emerge as the next President of Nigeria.

Uba, who is the National Coordinator of the Let’s Fix Nigeria Team (LFNT) and United Nigeria Coalition for Good Governance (UNCAGG), said the groups were fully prepared to mobilise their structures nationwide in support of Obi ahead of the election.
Speaking on the political movement, Uba expressed confidence that the prophecy, which he said was revealed to him more than two years ago, would come to pass, describing it as part of what he believes is God’s plan for the emergence of a new Nigeria.
According to him, no force can prevent the fulfilment of the prophecy because, in his words, “it has already been ordained by God.”
Uba said the organisations under his coordination had commenced preparations to work for Obi, stressing that their objective was to build a broad-based national movement capable of mobilising support for the NDC candidate across the country.
To demonstrate his conviction, the Apostle has mounted a large banner at his office on 100 Foot Road, Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State, boldly displaying the prophecy of 30 million votes for Peter Obi in 2027.
He explained that the banner had remained a public declaration of his faith in the prophecy and his commitment to the political movement aimed at producing what he described as a “New Nigeria.”
Quoting the Bible, Uba said: “Heaven and Earth will pass away, but my word shall remain. God’s words are settled in Heaven forever — Psalm 119:89.”
He maintained that LFNT and UNCAGG would deploy their growing networks and influence across the country to mobilise Nigerians around Obi’s presidential ambition, adding that groups had written to Mr Peter Obi to that effect.
“It is the intention of these organisations, with their impact nationwide, to partner with His Excellency, Mr Peter Obi, as we follow the prophecy,” he said.
Uba further called on Nigerians who share the vision of a better-governed country to join the movement, saying the groups were determined to contribute their quota towards the emergence of a leadership that would prioritise good governance, accountability, economic development and the welfare of citizens.
He said the groups would continue to engage citizens and mobilise support ahead of 2027, insisting that their campaign would be anchored on their conviction that Nigeria can achieve meaningful transformation through purposeful leadership.
