The Obidient Movement, Anambra State Chapter, has reaffirmed its support for Prof. Lilian Oby Orogbu’s bid to return to the National Assembly as the representative of Awka North and South Federal Constituency in the 2027 elections.
The Movement stated this in a birthday message signed by its Lead Coordinator, Chief Comrade Charles Obiora Anueyiagu, where it commended Orogbu for her commitment to public service and advocacy for her constituents.
The group described the federal lawmaker as a distinguished leader who has continued to demonstrate dedication to the interests of the people she represents.
While celebrating her birthday, the Movement prayed for divine wisdom, renewed strength, good health and greater accomplishments for Orogbu in the years ahead.
“As you mark this special milestone, we reaffirm our solidarity and unwavering support for your leadership and your aspiration for re-election in 2027,” the group stated.
The Obidient Movement said effective representation remained important to the development of the constituency and the promotion of good governance, stressing the need for leaders who would remain connected to their constituents.
The group further urged Orogbu to sustain her commitment to the people, expressing confidence that she would have greater opportunities to contribute to the development of Awka North and South.
It concluded by wishing her more years of service, greater impact and success in her political journey.
