Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chaudhary Devi Lal University (CDLU), Haryana, India to promote collaboration in teaching, learning, research and development.
The agreement was signed during a live online ceremony attended by officials of both institutions.
The partnership will focus on joint academic programmes, staff and student exchanges, research collaboration and sharing of educational resources.
Vice Chancellor of UNIZIK, Prof. Joseph Ikechebelu, described the agreement as part of the university’s commitment to expanding international partnerships and improving academic standards through global engagement.
His CDLU counterpart, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, expressed confidence that the collaboration would strengthen academic growth and cultural exchange between both institutions.
The MoU signing was coordinated by Prof. Charles Nwadigwe, Director of International Collaboration and Linkages at UNIZIK, and Prof. Anu Shukla, Dean of International Relations and Foreign Affairs at CDLU.
