The General Overseer of Soul Revival Outreach, Nnewi, Anambra State, Prophet Ikechukwu Uzukwu, has released a series of prophecies concerning Nigeria’s political future, predicting intense political developments ahead of the 2027 general election.

Speaking during a prophetic declaration, Prophet Uzukwu alleged that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu had already put in place a strategy for the 2027 presidential election.

He claimed that key political figures, including the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, the Minister of Works, David Umahi, and Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, would play major roles in the political process to favour President Tinubu.

The cleric further claimed that election disputes would ultimately end in court, alleging that the judiciary would favour the ruling party. He urged Nigerians to remain vigilant and ensure that their votes count during the next general election.

Reflecting on the 2023 presidential election, Prophet Uzukwu claimed that former Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, won the election but was denied victory.

According to him, Obi should have pursued his mandate more vigorously after the election.

He also prophesied that should Peter Obi emerge victorious in 2027 but be denied his mandate, Nigerians would have a responsibility to defend democracy peacefully and lawfully.

He added that power ultimately belongs to the people.

The prophet further alleged that former President Olusegun Obasanjo brought Peter Obi and Kwankwaso together politically which he said did not go down well with the APC’s government, while predicting that Atiku would contest the 2027 presidential election regardless of the political situation.

Prophet Uzukwu also declared that there were plans to stop Peter Obi from participating in the 2027 election, urging Nigerians to reject electoral malpractice.

He called on the international community to pay close attention to Nigeria’s democratic process.

On the continued detention of IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the cleric claimed some politicians would attempt to use Kanu’s case to win the support of the South-East. He described Kanu as “the true lion of the South-East” and not any other person who might claim to be that.

He further prophesied that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) would experience serious internal crises beginning around August and that the party’s internal conflicts would intensify before the 2027 general election.
