UDUF Africa trains new exco on leadership, service

Newly elected executives of UDUF Africa have been urged to provide purposeful leadership and work towards advancing the organisation’s goals across Africa.


Speaking during a pre-induction training at Onitsha Business School, President of UDUF Africa, Pastor Uchenna Christopher, said the programme was designed to equip the new executives with leadership knowledge, strategic direction and practical skills needed for effective service.
Founder of the organisation, Dr. Smart Chinedu, lectured on leadership, accountability, membership growth and resource mobilisation, stressing the need for vision-driven leadership and sustainable organisational development.
He encouraged participants to apply the lessons learnt for impactful leadership and community transformation.
Other speakers, including Comrade Obiozo and Ambassador Henry Ezeudo, spoke on strategic planning, goal setting, teamwork and collaboration.
The training featured active participation, discussions and idea sharing among attendees.
