UDUF Africa leaders turn to AI for business growth, sustainable success

Young leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals have been urged to embrace Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to boost productivity, innovation and sustainable business growth.


The call was made at the August Business Meeting and Mentorship Session of UDUF Africa in Onitsha, Anambra State, with the theme, “Harnessing Artificial Intelligence for Business Growth and Sustainable Success.”


Speaking on the theme, Software Engineer, AI Automation Expert and Co-Lead of Google Developer Groups, Onitsha, Nwite Nwabueze Jeremiah, urged participants to move beyond discussions about AI and begin applying it to automate tasks, improve efficiency, develop products and strengthen businesses.


The session generated extensive interaction as participants explored the opportunities and challenges presented by the rapid advancement of AI.


Nwabueze was presented with an Appreciation Award for his contribution to the meeting, knowledge sharing and technology education.


The Continental President of UDUF Africa, Uchenna Christopher, charged members, known as Uplifters, to prioritise personal development, relationship building and service, while the Founder, Uplifter Chinedu Smart Ezuma, urged them to remain committed to learning, consistency, discipline and continuous improvement.


The meeting also featured a review of Dr. Myles Munroe’s The Spirit of Leadership, facilitated by Uplifter Ifeanyi Ebenezer. The review emphasised leadership, purpose, responsibility and the need to combine technological advancement with strong character.


Parliamentary engagement, mentorship, networking and interactive sessions provided opportunities for members to share experiences and explore collaborations.


The meeting ended with a renewed commitment to UDUF Africa’s vision of “Connect, Inspire and Transform Communities” through leadership development, mentorship, technology and sustainable professional growth.
