Mr Aloy Ejimakor, the major Counsel for the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has raised the alarm that Ndigbo both elected and unelected leaders should wake up from their slumber to take pro-active measures to rid their forests of possible attackers hiding there.
Mr Ejimakor raised the alarm following incessant killings in Benue which he said the Igbo should not wait to befall them.
He cited a report from Sahara Reporters where four persons were reportedly killed by suspected herdsmen in a fresh attack in Enugu community.
“There is need for an emergency Igbo Nation meeting to rid Igbo forests of genocidal elements whose only purpose is to terrorize, rape, murder and kidnap Ndigbo.
“Are the Igbo waiting for Benue to happen before they convene an emergency meeting to rid their forests of those criminals.
“At a time like this, Ndigbo should consult General Ihejirika – the alpha General and a soldier’s soldier who was very successful in containing the terrorism in the North. He can help organize a crack Igbo-wide vigilante that can flush the blood-sucking fiends from our forests, “he advised in his Facebook page.
