“Dr Onunkwor is recognized today for his exceptional sales achievements, outstanding customer service, and commitment to Reapfold’s core values. The luxury SUV presented to him symbolizes the company’s culture of celebrating hard work and inspiring excellence.

“He made sales worth N120 million for 2024 and that qualifies him for that award because he reached the benchmark. This is the maiden edition and we hope that the 2025 edition will be greater, “he added.

In response, Dr Onunkwor expressed gratitude to the company and its CEO, Dr Okafor who he described as a visionary leader that not only builds a thriving real estate brand but also uplifts and empowers those around him.

He noted that under Dr Okafor’s watch Reapfold has grown into a beacon of integrity, transparency and innovation in less than two years of its existence, with not less than 12 major projects and more than 1,000 realtors nationwide.

“His inspiring leadership continues to make a difference in Nigeria’s real estate industry, creating opportunities and rewarding excellence to working for him in the industry, “he noted.

Dr Onunkwor said God magnified and made the event a grand success.

“When on December 14, 2024 I was announced the grand ambassador I was highly excited. Though there was a little delay before this ceremony today, I didn’t bother because I know the integrity of the company and the CEO.

“Today it has become a reality. I’m very grateful to the company and this gesture will spur me to a greater effort for my own benefits and further expansions of the company, “he said.
