Dr Uba Chidiebere Nonso has emerged the candidate of Because Of Our Tomorrow (BOOT) party for Anamabra South Senatorial district by-election coming up on August 16.
Dr Nonso emerged the flag bear of the party in a keenly contested primary election on Monday July 21, 2025 in Nnewi.
The BOOT party candidate, Dr Nonso is a human rights and grassroots empowerment promoter as well as a cyber security expert.
By his emergence as the party’s flag bearer he has proven himself to be worthy of any leadership position given to him.
In his acceptance speech he reassured Anambra South Senatorial district constituents that he would give them quality representation that has never been experienced in the zone before.
He said he would come up with special programmes for all segments of the population in the Senatorial district irrespective of religious or party affiliation.
He told the audience that he has all it takes to be a Senator representing the district.
He assured he would introduce some innovations that would make Anambra South the best of the three senatorial zones in Anambra State.
