Students of Chinese classroom, Federal Poly, Oko, soar high in HSK 3 and 4 exams

Ezeobi Ifunanya, student of Chinese Classroom, Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, has achieved an outstanding feat by attaining the second position in HSK 3 oral examination, which featured students from different institutions and institutes across the country. She scored 88% to take the second position.

Similarly, a number of students of the polytechnic, who sat for the HSK 4 examination, distinguished themselves as they attained the highest score of 300 alongside other students.

The Nigerian Director of the Chinese classroom, Mrs Nnoje Patience Chiegeonu, made this known when she led the Chinese Director, Wang Junwei, and his counterpart, Huang Feifei, on a visit to the Rector, Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie.

She thanked the Rector for her support to the classroom which she said, include provision of learning materials, laptops, desks and chairs, provision of free transportation to exam centre, upgrading of the library, and ensuring conducive accomodation for the Chinese nationals.

She further revealed that the admission of students into the Chinese classroom is ongoing and called on the public to take advantage of the opportunity, especially the scholarship opportunity, to go to China, for self development and empowerment.

The Rector, in her response, thanked the director for her dedication and commitment to the advancement of Chinese classroom, and expressed management’s continued support for the classroom.

Highpoint of the visit was presentation of results of HSK 3 and 4 exams to the Rector.
