Why I wouldn’t attack Obiogbolu-Obienyem

By Val Obienyem

Sometimes, out of respect, it’s challenging to confront those we consider friends, even when they attack us. Yes, an unwarranted attack on our boss under certain circumstances affects all of us.

I have such a case at hand. Our paths have crossed several times. I’ve accompanied Mr. Peter Obi to his house and other places on numerous occasions. Until now, we hold the greatest respect for him akin to our boss.

His current position doesn’t overshadow our past collaborations and future possibilities. Thus, we find it somewhat reckless that he has chosen to attack us under any pretext. Is it truly necessary?

I’m referring to our respected friend, Dr. Alex Obiogbolu.
