SGWI wants President Tinubu to see reason to support Soludo for 2nd tenure

Ahead the May 8 visit of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to Anambra State, Soludo Grassroot Warriors Initiative (SGWI) has expressed her deep appreciation for the administration of Prof Charles Soludo.

The Convener of SGWI, Chief Hon Rogers Orjiewulu while speaking with journalists yesterday said that Ndi-Anambra have renewed hope in the administration of the Professor of Economics.

He said that the desire of Governor Soludo to take Anambra State to be like Dubai and Taiwan is very close to actualization.

“When Governor Soludo made the promise during his election campaign about three years ago, not many people believed him, because many of his predecessors have done similar thing only to leave the State without carrying out their promises.

“With the huge achievements of Governor Soludo’s administration in less than three years, I can assure you categorically, Mr President that we have renewed hope in our performing Governor.

“He has done so much for Ndi-Anambra and Anambra State that the only thing we as a people can do is to encourage him to continue his good works. Governor Soludo is a promise keeper and all the people of the State can attest to that.

“I wish to let our President know that we at SGWI were in the Labour Party (LP) but we collapsed our structure into Governor Soludo’s support group because we are impressed and satisfied with his administration.

“Anambra State has never had it better, the administration of the day has positively impacted the citizens with humanitarian and empowerment initiatives as well as unprecedented physical development of our dear State which is why Mr President is coming to commission many projects in the State.
