Golden Land Estates Ventures Ltd Co- Director , Comrade Damian Ogudike has disclosed that his organization was able to meet its target of making about 1500 Persons who were formerly regarded as mere tenants landlords cum Land owners in 2025.
Speaking to journalists at Sharon Hall GRA, Onitsha, Anambra State during their 2025 end-of-year party and award of certificates of Real Estates Master Class academy (1st batch graduands), Comrade Ogudike and Co- Director, Ikechukwu Ezeh urged the Igbo to embrace think-home-philosophy by investing in real estates, in a place that is not prone to unfavorable government policies.
According to Ogudike, for 2026 their target was to make 3,000 Igbo landlords. He said they targeted 2, 000 persons this year but were able to get up to 1,500 investors from Igbo land who became landlords in 2025 through Golden Land Estates Ventures Ltd favorable investment policies.
“This 2025 we successfully opened a branch in Umuahia, and other South East States. We are already discussing with partners to open up in Imo and Enugu States.
“Our major target is only South Easterners and South Southerners. We are in Delta State. The essence is to give our people living within and outside Nigeria opportunities to invest in South East where their property will not be destroyed by unfavorable government policies.
“We are secured here, no Igbo Governor or Local Government Chairman will just wake up one day to sign a bill or make pronouncements and start destroying property of fellow Igbo. Our people in other States are facing hatred.
” We urge Ndigbo and other Southerners to invest in Golden Land Estates Ventures Ltd, it is a sure place to invest.
“13 persons got awards from the Golden Land Estates Master Class Academy which we instituted this year. The graduands who did perfectly well after the four months course got awards including best land sellers and realtors awards.
“We are here for our end-of-year party. We gave out awards of certificates, cash and rice gifts to our faithful, reliable realtors who worked hard within this one calendar year to encourage them and motivate other realtors.
“In our seminar ‘Building Growth and New Year Resolution’, we advised our partners and realtors to focus on how to build wealth.
