Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Anambra State chapter has joined other well meaning Ndi Anambra in celebrating wife of Anambra State Governor, Dr Nonye Soludo on her 54th birthday.
The body, in a statement by its Chairperson, Tochukwu Ifejika said its members were identifying with her initiatives as they affect lives, particularly women, youth and children.
NAWOJ described her involvement in lives of people of the state as exemplary and humility out of the world.
The statement reads: “We, members of Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Anambra State chapter, wish our grand patron, the wife of Anambra State Governor, Dr Nonye Soludo, a very happy birthday!
“On this day of the commemoration of your birthday, we join the host of your well wishers, friends and Ndi Anambra at large to thank you for all you do for Ndi Anambra and women in particular.
“In tandem with the vision of our great association, we identify with all your initiatives as they affect lives, particularly women, youth and children; #healthylivinwithnonyesoludo, women empowerment, via organic seed planting and poultry farm… where you take the lead role.
“Your involvement in the lives of Ndi Anambra is exemplary, your humility is out of this world.
“Mama Anambra as you are fondly hailed, we cannot pen down all you represent but as the participatory observers we are, we make bold to ask you to continue in being that you while wishing more power to your elbow for greater exploits.
“With your mien and actions you have proven that the office of the first lady can flourish without being meshed in politics. As we appreciate you for all you do, we pray more of God’s grace and blessings on you.
“Hearty 54 cheers to the most amiable and pace-setting first lady.
