APGA Chieftain, Akai Egwuonwu, others honour Senator Ubah at candle night procession

All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Chieftain in Anambra State, Chief Akai Egwuonwu, Saturday, was among the dignitaries at Emmaus House, Awka for a candle night procession.

The candle night procession organized by friends, well-wishers and media community was in honour of the late political heavyweight in Anambra State and business mogul, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah.

The Senator died on July 27, 2024 in the United Kingdom at the age of 52.

Chief Egwuonwu who is the CEO of Stine Industries Ltd, producers of Anambra Rice and Chief Maja Umeh, former Commissioner for Information in Anambra were among notable dignitaries across the state that graced the occasion to bid farewell to late Senator Ubah.

Ubah, until his death, was the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial zone in the National Assembly.
