New stalls for Agulu market women: APGA Chieftain, Chief Egwuonwu commends Gov Soludo’s people-oriented policies

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Chieftain in Anambra State, Chief Akai Egwuonwu has commended the Governor, Prof Charles Soludo for his administration’s commitment to make life easy for Anambrarians through his people-oriented policies.

Chief Egwuonwu who is the Managing Director of Stine Industries Ltd, the producers of Anambra Rice made the commendations shortly after Governor Soludo had commissioned some free stalls for market women in Agulu, Aniocha Local Government Area of the State.

The business mogul noted that the Soludo’s administration was, by that gesture, solving street trading problems in the State which he said confirmed the Governor’s dedication to improve local infrastructure and empowerment of market women including those in the rural communities.

Chief Egwuonwu further said that availability of the free stalls also showed Governor Soludo’s resolve to provide a modern and conducive environment for fruits and vegetables sellers to rejuvenate the economic status of the people for increased income.

He added that the provision of free stalls would not only curb street trading and hawking but would also be one of the easiest ways to achieve Mr Governor’s vision of sustainable, livable and prosperous homeland.
