Many pastors have native doctors calling-Yul Edochie

The controversial Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has said that many pastors ought to be native doctors.

The actor said that such pastors had refused to follow the path of native doctors as they should because they had been brainwashed to believe the latter is evil.

He said this in a Facebook post on Friday.

The actor blamed Nollywood for helping to perpetuate the stereotype of native doctors being evil.

According to him, any pastor destined to be a native doctor might never find fulfilment in life until he returned to his destined path.

Edochie said: “Many pastors today actually have the calling to be native doctors (Dibia) but they are refusing the call because oyibo people brainwashed us to believe it is evil.

“And Nollywood has also contributed in making native doctors look evil.

“Being a native doctor is a divine call from God Almighty; it means you have chosen to help humanity.

“A true native doctors fights evil, unless he decides to be evil, same way a pastor can decide to be evil.

“Go and answer your call. You may never have fulfilment in your life if you don’t answer your call.”
