The Spiritual Head of Soul Revival Outreach, Nnewi, Anambra State, Prophet Ikechukwu Uzukwu, yesterday, said Anambra South senatorial zone, Anambra state and Nigeria at large were yet to feel the impact of late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah’s absence in politics caused by his sudden death.
Prophet Uzukwu said as one of the constituents of the late Senator in Nnewi South, that he knew the death of Senator Ubah had created a big vacuum that could be difficult to fill.
“I won’t stop talking about it; the death of Senator Ubah is a big blow to Nnewi, Igbo nation and the entire country. Ifeanyi Ubah was an outstanding Senator and a philanthropist par excellence.
“In 2016, I gave a prophesy that he would one day become the Governor of Anambra State but look at it now, death has truncated that opportunity for Ubah to be the Governor of the State.
“The Distinguished Senator had many beautiful projects for his constituents, the less privileged and every segment of society not to talk of thousands of people who depended on him. It is an irreparable loss, indeed. Our consolation is that God would not abandon us in this situation, “the Prophet said.
Uzukwu, however, noted that in his own opinion that Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu is another politician from Osumenyi in Nnewi South that is people-oriented in the zone. He said this was based on his personal experience with him.
He further added that Senator Ubah had touched so many lives positively to the extent that many families and corporate organizations might go back to square one because of the sudden departure of the Distinguished Senator who he noted extended his kind gesture beyond the Igbo race.
