Ichi Community,friends,well-wishers pay tribute to Chief Aralu

In a solemn and heartfelt gathering, the people of Ichi, Ekwusigo LGA, Anambra State,friends and well-wishers , recently paid their final respects to a community leader, Chief Christian Aralu, known affectionately as Akudinfe n’onu.

Chief Aralu, who passed away at the age of 75 years, left an indelible mark on his family, friends and community, remembered as a beacon of honesty, peace and unwavering faith.

Chief Aralu was celebrated not only as a devoted father but as a man who championed truth and integrity. His impact reached beyond his immediate family, as he inspired all who crossed his path with a life dedicated to service and humanity. His sons spoke passionately about the influence their father had on their lives and the community.

Mr. Uche Chidi Aralu (Ucheaku) and Mr. Ugochukwu Aralu (Afunwaechetanna) described him as an icon of hard work, honesty and dedication. “He will forever be remembered for his devotion to God and his selfless service to others,” they shared, pledging to carry on his legacy.

Mr. Onyekachukwu Aralu (Odega), another son, shared his gratitude with the many who came despite challenging weather and difficult roads. Reflecting on the values instilled in him by his father, he noted, “I will live a life my children can be proud to follow.” His words echoed the strong moral foundation Chief Aralu passed on, leaving a legacy of honour for generations.

The respect for Chief Aralu extended beyond his family, as community leaders and friends shared touching tributes. Hon. Obumneme Onyeka (Obelechukwu na Ichi), described Chief Aralu as a man who lived a life “worthy of emulation” and encouraged the Aralu family to carry forward his legacy of integrity and faith.

In a show of support and camaraderie, friends, business associates and various community organizations gathered to celebrate Chief Aralu’s life. On behalf of the family, Ucheaku expressed deep appreciation to all attendees, including friends, club members and age-grade peers, praying for their safe journeys back home and for his father’s peaceful rest.
