Nigerian singer, song writer and record producer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has disclosed that he would be commemorating his 32nd birthday with a N300 million donation to orphanages.
Davido made the disclosure on Monday morning through his X account.
According to him, the funds would be distributed to orphanages and a charity dedicated to combating teenage drug misuse.
The artiste promised to share more details in subsequent posts.
“Once again, for my birthday this year, we are donating to orphanages and a charity that helps young people stay away from drug abuse and addiction. This year is N300m. Details to follow soon, ”he wrote.
Davido has been donating to charity in commemoration of his birthday.
Celebrating his 29th birthday, November 2021 he donated N250m to 292 orphanages.
