The Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Anambra State, has congratulated Mr Christian Aburime on his retention and elevation as Chief Press Secretary to Governor Chukwuma Soludo for a second term.
In a congratulatory letter jointly signed by the Chapel Chairman, Mr. Chuks Ilozue, and Secretary, Mrs Lucy Osuizigbo-Okechukwu, the body described Aburime’s reappointment as well deserved.
The Chapel noted that his elevation reflects his dedication, professionalism, and outstanding performance in the discharge of his duties.
It commended Aburime’s commitment to effective communication, transparency, and the projection of government policies and programmes, expressing confidence that he would continue to uphold high standards in journalism and public communication.
The Chapel further stated that his continued service would help strengthen the relationship between the Anambra State Government and the media, ultimately benefiting the people.
While assuring him of its support, the body urged Aburime to sustain a robust working relationship with journalists to promote responsible journalism and credible information dissemination.
It also wished him greater success in his new position.
