Frontline businessman and political stakeholder, Chief Sir J. J. Ezeokafor (Ezeudo Aguata), Nwachinemelu Ekwuluobia and Grand Patron of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), has formally presented Hon. Chinedu Anyaso to industrialist, Chief Cletus Ibeto (Omekanaya Nnewi) as part of consultations ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Chief Ezeokafor, who is also the Managing Director of Jezco Group, led Hon. Anyaso, an aspirant for the House of Representatives seat for Nnewi North, Nnewi South and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency, to Chief Ibeto’s country home in Nnewi, where they officially informed him of Anyaso’s intention to contest and sought his blessings.

Speaking during the visit, Chief Ezeokafor described Hon. Anyaso as a credible and capable candidate with the vision and capacity to effectively represent the constituency at the National Assembly.
He emphasized the importance of consultation with respected leaders and stakeholders, noting that such engagements remain a vital part of political process.
Hon. Anyaso, in his remarks, expressed humility and respect in seeking the goodwill and support of Chief Ibeto, whom he described as a father figure and a pillar of industrial and community development.
He reiterated his commitment to quality representation, people-oriented legislation, and attracting developmental projects to the constituency if elected.
Responding, Chief Ibeto commended the spirit of consultation and urged the aspirant to remain focused, dedicated, and people-driven in his political journey.
He assured them of his goodwill, while emphasizing the need for leadership that prioritizes the welfare and progress of the people.
The visit is part of ongoing political consultations by Hon. Anyaso as he intensifies his bid to represent Nnewi North, Nnewi South and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
