A popular Catholic Priest, Rev Father Ejike Mbaka of renowned Adoration Ministry based in Enugu, Enugu State has tendered apology to his fellow priests, pastors, Bishops, all men of God, Christians and Nigerians at large for his and other men of God’s incursion into what he described as political brouhaha.
Fr Mbaka made the apology in a trending video clip where he said that priests had soiled themselves by using the name of God in politics.
He said: “Forgive us. The priests, the men of God have offended you. I ask all the churches for forgiveness on behalf of all the priests. We have soiled ourselves. I ask for forgiveness on behalf of all the holy men of God including pastors and all the Bishops. I’m not worthy to apologize on behalf of the Bishops but I’m apologizing.
“Let the mercy of God descend on us because of what we did within this political moment, a lot of atrocities we manifested and buried the power of sacrament beneath political forces, hawks and vultures.
“We won’t go on in this evil like this. We have offended God, giving humans the glory of God.
Some Fr Mbaka’s admirers interviewed have always insisted that they prefer him to remain in the gospel music industry where he is a king and adoration ministry where millions are saved, healed and empowered.
