It was a roll call of who is who in Anambra, Akwa-Ukwu community and particularly members of Osinachi Friends Club of Nigeria, as the entire family of Nwizu of Umuezeaguluin Ekele village Akwa-Ukwu in Idemili South LGA of Anambra State, bid farewell to their Patriarch, late Mr Chukwuemeka Patrick Nwizu aka Igweoku.
Late Mr Patrick Nwizu, aged 74 was a father in-law to Mr Miracle Anene who is a member of Osinachi Friends Club of Nigeria.
Speaking with to journalists on the purpose of their visit, president of the club, Comrade Enendu Emeka (Onowu) and Hon. Emmanuel Nwosu (Eze Ome Ogo I of Oba) said that all the members of Osinachi Friends Club were there in company of its member, Mr Anene Miracle the in-law of the deceased to commiserate with him by extension to the family of Nwizu over the colossal loss.”
Speaking further, Onowu and Eze ome ogo charged Mr Miracle, as a member of Nwizu family by marriage, to strive to ensure that existing peace in the family is maintained, even as he urged the living to be conscious of their living, adding that “we human beings should be conscious of the kind of life we live, as God would one day call everyone to render account of his/her stewardship to the Creator. He said that every human should try to please God.
The Sergeant mess Onitsha, Nigerian army Ezeomeogo I of Oba however, prayed God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
